Paid 17k for a small patio and landscaping. Hired Old Savannah Gardens, a local company that seemed to know what they were doing. Pavers growing weeds up everywhere (done pavers before in 3 different homes, never had weeds growing up between). One step that I was charged $700 for, the steps fall off, never cemeneted in. Landscaping even worse. We have deer (told them this), everything was dear resistant, all eaten after a week. They came back to take pics and noticed, said they would replace. Nearly 1 year later no response, no call. We emailed multiple times, visited the Pooler Plant Station at least 4 times and were put on the list (we watched). Never a return call. Nothing. 17k down the tubes. Additionally, plants were not planted in the ground. The plants barely in have already died. Do not use this company! Stay away!

I can't speak to their work because my project was rescheduled twice (once by me with a week notice to them, and a second time by then after they failed to arrive as scheduled) and ultimately canceled. It was clear they couldn't prioritize my project. It took me months to get refunded due to absolutely terrible communication. I have literally never dealt with a business with such awful responsiveness and follow through. I made countless phone calls, voicemails, and emails that were not returned. It seems that Heather, the boss, uses a personal number for her business calls. She has it set somehow to show up as an unlisted number when she calls and apparently my phone categorized her as spam and I was unable to receive calls from her. However the business has an office phone and email and neither were utilized as a backup when they were not able to reach me. This is something they will need to improve significantly in order to provide a reasonable standard of service. I hope they address it. I would recommend not engaging with this company, I am certain there are more professional options in the area, but if you do make sure you get everything in writing and are prepared if thing

We ordered three pallets of zoysia grass. Was delivered in perfect condition. We needed one more pallet and this was delivered in a dump truck. Needless to say, it was a mess. You have a pallet of grass literally dumped like a pile of trash! My husband went to Olde Savannah Gardens, spoke to the owner, and she said the way it was delivered was β€œacceptable”! Well, it wasn’t acceptable to us! We also purchased several hydrangeas which, luckily, we brought home with us! We thought this place was perfect and planned to purchase so much more! After the experience we had, with the owner, no less, we will never purchase from them again!

Early April, I purchased two pallets of St. Augustine sod. When it arrived it was in excellent condition. The salesman gave me instructions on how to install and how to take care of it. I highly recommend this place for all your landscaping projects. Thanks guys.
